Privacy notice
Last updated 4 October 2026. Draft for review by Media Visto before publication.
This page says what happens to your information when you use mediavisto.com. The short version is that this site has no forms and no accounts, so it collects almost nothing.
Who we are
Media Visto runs this website and decides how any information from it is used. Our office is at 2100 14th St, Ste 107, Plano, TX 75074-6444. You can reach us at contact@mediavisto.com or on +1 469 300 6547.
What this site collects
You can read every page without telling us who you are. There is nothing to fill in and nothing to sign in to.
Like every website, the service that hosts this one keeps a short technical record of each request, such as the address of the page, the time, the type of browser and the internet address the request came from. We use it only to keep the site running and secure.
Your choice of light or dark theme is remembered in your own browser. It is never sent to us.
If you email or call us
We keep your message and your contact details for as long as it takes to answer you and to deal with anything that follows from it. We do not add you to a mailing list.
If you ask for a free audit
The audit request is made on our studio site, mediavisto.dev, not here. The link you follow tells the studio which page and button you came from, so we know what is useful on this site. It carries nothing about you.
What the studio asks for, why, and how long it is kept is set out on its own page, How we handle data. If no work follows, your request and everything you told us is deleted three months after you sent it.
Analytics
We would like to measure how pages are used so we can improve them. That measurement is switched on only if you say yes when the site asks, and your answer is remembered for six months. If you say no, or do not answer, nothing is measured. See Cookies for the detail.
Who else sees your information
We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing. It is handled only by the services we use to run the site and our email, each under an agreement to protect it.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@mediavisto.com and a person will reply within a week.
Depending on where you live, the law may give you further rights over your information, including the right to complain to a regulator. We will tell you which apply when you ask.
Changes to this notice
If what we collect changes, this page changes first, and the date at the top is updated.
